I think it is interesting that the Godfather part II shows up as number 5 on this list, whil w/ the waited score it falls at 5...people who like the godfather REALLY like the Godfather...where as Annie Hall looks like a lot of people like it...but who would put it at number 1? it's not a number 1 of all time type of film...just a "wow...it's one of the best" type of films.

I put Annie Hall at number one. Not that it's the best film of all time, but I do think it's probably the best Best Picture Oscar winner of all time. I may have been biased by reading Ralph Rosenbloom's book though.
 
I like "The Horse Whisperer"!
